Events: 2011 and past : Small Koi Show - 2011

Our first Small Koi Show was held on Sunday 28 August 2011. The Show was well supported with 17 entrants, thank you to all members who entered & those who helped with the setting up , judging, BBQ and countless other tasks.  
 
All the fish entered were fantastic quality, with many of them bred by the entrant themselves.  
 
The 8 categories were: Kohaku, Sanke, Showa, Utsurimono, Ginrin A, Ginrin B, all Metallic fish, all Other fish.  
 
8 x 1st place getters recieved a $50 Bunnings voucher, 8 x 2nd place getters received a $20 Bunnings voucher and 8 x 3rd place getters received a $10 Bunnings voucher (over $600 in prizes).  
 
5 trophies were awarded to:  
- Go-Sanke Champion (best fish from all Kohaku, Sanke, Showa & Utsuri fish)  
- Ginrin Champion (best fish from all Ginrin A & Ginrin B fish)  
- Metallic Champion  
- Other Varieties Champion  
- Special Prize: Best Doitz.

Metallic Champion belonging to Ray Lyons. This fish is a Gin Shiro Utsurimono (Metallic Shiro Utsuri)
"Other Varieties Champion" belonging to Sang Minh Dong. This fish is a Goshiki
"Special Prize: Best Doitz" belonging to Peter Morris. This fish is a doitz ogon.
